All PCIS members are TLV TrapMan® factory-trained and certified, with over 10 years of steam-trap testing experience in various applications. We have a spotless safety record with zero incidents, accidents, or recordables. Additionally, all team members undergo background checks, TWIC, and random D&A testing programs.

PCIS utilizes TLV’s TrapMan® testing device, the only device with third-party verification to ISO 5841 and ASME PTC 39-2005 standards for accuracy. Surveys can be conducted using either customer-owned TM5NU® or PCIS-owned TM5NP® devices. The combination of high accuracy and trained, experienced survey crews ensures reliable information for maintenance decisions.
